Token Metrics

Team and advisors - 10% of tokens are allocated to the team and advisors. These tokens are locked for 12 months before vesting over 48 months.

Old Holders - 35% of tokens will be allocated for the swapping of old circulating ROSN tokens to new ROSX token, these tokens are fully unlocked

Investors - 8% of the tokens are allocated for future strategic equity investors or token investors.

Rewards/DAO - 25% of tokens are allocated towards rewards for staking programs, DAO and other promotional campaigns to bring user adoption and awareness to our project. This may be in the form of liquidity or staking pools following the vesting of tokens over 60 months after the 5% release.

Partnership and Community - 12% of tokens are allocated towards our marketing efforts including community partnerships and loyalty programs to offer opportunities for enhanced benefits for existing customers. 10% of total tokens will be vested for 60 months after the 5% release. 2% of total tokens are allocated toward KOLS and contributors at the beginning. These tokens are vested and not unlocked at TGE.

Treasury - 10% of the future reserve tokens will be used for the continued development of our application and future expansion of the business. We intend to continually enhance the application and realize our vision to bring mass adoption of DeFi and help people achieve the benefits of it. We have ambitious plans and these funds will ensure we have sufficient resources to continually maintain a high rate of growth following the vesting over 48 months after the 5% release.
